TT Update 11: Shabbos Parshas Naso

Updated: Jun 12, 2020

Boruch Hashem all of our socially-distanced seats have been booked for Shul this Shabbos Day. It is a very exciting moment, the beginning of our journey towards normal community life again and we thank Hashem that we have come to this time. Of course Shul will be run according to protocols to ensure a warm, spiritual, safe and positive experience for all.

Thank you to everyone who has booked to attend Shul tomorrow, we can't wait to see you. We will be thinking of everyone who has chosen to continue to daven at home for now. We all look forward to the day when we will iy"H once again be able to open the shul doors wide without physical or spiritual limitations!

It is an opportune time, to be reflecting inwardly and thinking about how we can better our Avodas Hashem when in Shul. We have been given back the privilege of davening to Hashem as a community. How can we do it better than before? At Tzemach Tzedek we are taking this opportunity to practice as a group, not talking during davening.

In this vein, we are excited to begin a new project called "Davening With Intent". We will focus on one part of davening each week. We will iy'H be posting each week the meaning and explanations of a chosen part of davening for that week. This will enable everyone, those at Shul as well as those davening from home to join together in davening with kavona.

A big thank you to the TT Rabbi, Board and Management as well as those who have helped guide and advise us, for the huge amount of energy and effort put in to enable us to re-open Shul this Shabbos. A big thank you to the many people who have sent us messages of support and encouragement, it means so much. A big thank you to the whole community for being you and for being on this journey together as "chassidim ain mishpocha".

Wishing everyone a gut shabbos!
