Dear All, 1. Be'ezras Hashem Tzemach Tzedek is currently in the planning stage to host a limited number of minyonim on the two days of Shavuos. We would like to roll out several timeslots that will enable a number of men and women to hear the Aseres Hadibros or attend Yizkor. Slots will be subject to availability and certain pre-conditions (including but not limited to health and age).
To assist us with our planning, we ask that everyone fills out a quick and easy form. Please indicate if you wish to attend a minyan or if you plan to daven at home this Shavuos. Please note for those who say Yizkor. Don't worry if you choose not to or can't come to shul. A list of names will be read out on your behalf and this is perfectly acceptable.
We care very much about your welfare and are looking forward to davening and farbrenging together with you again soon. Therefore if you are older than 70, or under bar and bas mitzva or immuno-compromised, please do not attend Shul this Yomtov. It is worth the wait to keep you safe and well.
We are working together with halachic, secular and medical authorities to plan our (limited) shul re-opening. We will iy"H advise the community of our Shavuos protocols in the next Update.

4. Keeping it a surprise... but... you might want to save an empty wine bottle (or other glass drink bottle) from this shabbos. You can upcycle it to use with the special Shavuos gift that we will iy"H be dropping off to many of our kehilla next Wednesday. Stay tuned...
5. If you haven't yet registered your kids for the Shavuos Ice Cream Package, please do so now by emailing ttreply@gmail.com . Indicate names and ages and if you can pick it up or need delivery. **If you don't want a package delivered, please also email to let us know. A big thank you to the TT Rabbi, Board and Management for the incredible amount of work and energy that they are putting in to planning the gradual return to shul, which we hope will iy"H begin in stages this Shavuos. There are so many details to consider and it is painstaking work. But b"H it is worth everything to get our kehilla back up and running and to see everyone's smiling faces at TT again iy"H!
